We are the best place to park your car and let us tell you why.

- Security – We are a gated parking lot. Your car is in a unique neighborhood. We will keep your vehicle safe while you enjoy the game or show. We are the first to arrive in our gated parking lot and the last to leave and lock up.
- Reservations – We give you an opportunity to reserve a spot. Less rush and less hassle. Secure a spot today by sending us an email. Send it to: myspace@firstwin.tech We do not share email address with anyone. We use this email for reservations, suggestions and answer questions. We try to check it regularly. Please be patient with out responses.
- Customer Service – We have a method to permit rain checks if your game gets cancelled. We can set you up with a reserved a spot for your next visit with a rain check. Be sure to coordinate with our Schedule link to find a date that works for you.

Prior to each home series, a limited amount of $20 standing room tickets will be released for purchase on a first come, first serve basis.
The only way to be notified about these drops is by signing up for text alerts by texting RAYS to 42086. Each account will be limited to 4 Rays Rush tickets, which are non-transferable and not able to be resold.
After purchasing your Rays Rush tickets, your tickets will be available in the MLB Ballpark app. Barcodes will appear 4 hours prior to first pitch
